Residential:

If you live inside the Post Falls city limits, you will be billed monthly by the city of Post Falls. You may contact the PF City Hall directly at 208-777-4504 or online at www.postfallsidaho.org for questions concerning your bill.

We are happy to assist with all other inquiries. Please call us at 208-457-1820 if your questions are not answered on our website.

All customers living outside the city limits of Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene will be billed directly by CGS/PFS.

We accept:

2) Debit Card

3) Credit Cards (Visa and MasterCard)

Residential bills are mailed on a quarterly basis, and cover 3 months of service. Your billing cycle starts when you sign up, rather than at the calendar quarters. This means that you will have 3 months of service before you receive your first bill.

Your quarterly fee includes:

Weekly Collection of household refuse and recyclables
Up to 3 x 32GL cans (50 pound maximum each) or 1 x 96 gallon toter per pick up

Additional Charges (call for current rates):

Residential special haul (anything other than regular service)

Pack-out service for invalids

Temporary roll off container for residential construction

Extras or exceeding the 3 can max. The driver will make note of the additional amount and you will be charged per bag, per yard, or per item (example – furniture or used appliances).

Commercial:

Commercial accounts are billed monthly from the service commencement date. Accounts with addresses inside the city limits of Post Falls will be billed monthly by the city. Accounts outside the PF city limits will be billed by CGS/PFS. Terms are N30.

Recycling:

Recycling is only available in the city of Post Falls, and you automatically become part of the program when you sign-up for weekly trash collection. The cost for this service is included in your monthly city bill.
